The field is a one-roll bet that wins on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12, and loses on 5, 6, 7, and 8. This table pays double on the 2 and triple on the 12.

Bet $5 on the field, and bet the field again on every roll.
When the field wins, collect and drop back to $5.
When the field loses, step up one rung on the ladder.
Once the ladder runs past its listed rungs, every new rung is the sum of the two rungs before it.
When a rung would land above the $5,000 table maximum, bet $5,000 and stay there until the field wins.

Cover $5, $7, $12, $20, $35, $55, $85, $140, $225, ...

I ran the Triple Lux for a $15 table. The baseline version just collects after it gets there. The full press version chases the table max, then starts collecting.
