Act 1 - Arrival of the Fantastic Four and Dr. Doom in Earth-616.

Act 2 - The fight: Avengers, Fantastic Four vs. X-Men.

Act 3 - The TVA fight.

Act 4 - The fight: Avengers vs. Doombots vs. Sentinels.

Act 5 - The final battle: Avengers and villains vs. Doom.
I'll just say that from Act 3 to Act 5, there are some important deaths.

As several people have said, Doctor Doom comes from Earth-828.

Reed Richards and Victor Von Doom already know each other: they worked together on an experiment that blended science and magic. The project fails, resulting in the death of Doom's family and leaving him severely disfigured.

Doom blames Reed and swears revenge (this will be explored in Secret Wars).

Despite his hatred, Doom contacts the Fantastic Four regarding the Incursions.
They travel together to Earth-616, identified as the origin of the multiversal collapse, and then to the X-Men universe (Earth-828) to prevent the mutant universe from destroying their own.

In Earth-616, a confrontation between the Fantastic Four and the Avengers would take place.

Earth-616 would be responsible for the multiverse collapse due to events seen in previous films.

Rumoured to have a group called 'Harbingers of Doom'

Reported members include Captain Hydra, Maestro Hulk, and King Thanos, possibly mixed with Doom variants or Doombots.

It is Inspired by Hickman’s Parliament of Doom and tied to the Incursion crisis.

The teaser opens with a heavy, intense atmosphere in Desert of Wakanda. M'Baku is shown looking grave and ready for battle, standing next to Shuri, the Black Panther.

They are staring out at an Fantastic four ships assuming it as the threat, as M'Baku delivers a chilling line:

"Prepare our people... A king has his duties."
As Shuri turns around, a massive futuristic ship descends from the sky, signaling the arrival of crucial allies. This is the moment where The Thing (Ben Grimm) steps into view, wearing the classic blue and white Fantastic Four suit.
