Whiteness
• Leviticus 13 on leprosy:
• If skin turns white, it’s unclean.
• If hair in the sore turns yellow/blond, that’s the mark of impurity.
• Exodus 4:6: Moses puts his hand in his bosom, it becomes “leprous, as white as snow.”
• In other words, whiteness is the curse, not darkness.
• Numbers 12:10: Miriam is struck with leprosy, “white as snow.”
