With all the chaos and change unfolding in the world, this is our time to go inward… to root deeply and center ourselves in faith.

Faith in our soul missions.

We are moving through a time of great purging — a clearing of harmful and misaligned energies. And as we know, when the body and mind release toxicity, it can feel messy…

At times, it may even feel like things are getting worse before they begin to soften and transform.

This is why a gentle and conscious approach is so important now. We are being called to slow down… to hold space… to be patient with ourselves and with one another. To meet this moment with compassion, while also honoring our sacred boundaries in the ways that feel safe and true for us.

As this inner and collective clearing unfolds, it also asks us to be more intentional in our daily lives.

To choose what nourishes over what depletes.
