Update! Still here, and will finish Bourdain's book. Donated my hair, started taking pottery with my mom, and have been healthily unplugged from social media. It's been a challenge managing 35+ hours working with kids, keeping a cool head, and taking care of myself while I'm knocking down my antidepressant dose. I'll update you when things are more concrete with a scheduled video.
