I tried writing this post for a couple of days now, but found it incredibly hard every time.
First of all, I want to thank you for the warm support and prayers you have been sending our way for Mac. I know that your strong light made this whole time much lighter than it could have been.

With a very heavy heart, I have to share that Mac has passed away the day before yesterday.
I still can't believe I wrote that.

On the evening he died, when we arrived back home after his burial, Venus and Jupiter were shinning bright visibly in the sky, right above his home! 😢❤️

Mac, the most beautiful soul I have ever seen, my lucky heart's bliss, my little Washushu, thank you so much for spending these years with me. I was so lucky we were together, ya habibi.
I hope you know and fully grasp how much I love you.

Souls don't say goodbye, whenever you choose, every single sign you give me will be the continuation of the beautiful love I was so lucky to experience from you.
I love you, my little Washushu.

My dear Soul Family, please know I carry your kindness in my heart. Thank you for being here with me through both the light and the heavy moments.

I have missed you guys so much!
This is a long due message of my absence the last week and I want to start off by first deeply apologizing for not updating you sooner.

This all happened unexpectedly, on the 7th of June, I woke up in the morning prepared my coffee, spent some quiet time and then started listing my tasks of the day, as I do every morning, only to be hit by a sudden huge emotional shutdown: I need a break, I need to do absolutely nothing.

Although 5 minutes before this hit me, I felt the usual upbeat I feel everyday to tackle my list, I was surprised to be met with such sudden heavy emotions that carried out with me throughout the week. I realized this week that being motivated, wanting to do what I do does not mean ignoring the other side of me that needs to disconnect.

I didn't notice how much I needed that because I give myself an appropriate break every week, but at the same time, I haven't had a proper vacation for four and a half years without heavily preparing for it. 
So I have learned that my mind needs unconditional time off every once in a while. That it's essential that I feel that I can get time to do absolutely nothing without having to work hard for it just like I am adamant about doing what I want to do.

I am really sorry that I haven't updated you earlier, I hope you can kindly hold the space for me this time in the knowing that I really needed to do that, completely disconnect.
I took time off from my work, from here, and really from nearly everything to recharge. I have understood the sacredness of disconnecting every once in a while and will never not account for it even when I am feeling ok because it suddenly hits - even if you love and believe in what you do.

Thank you for the kind messages you left in the last few days, they were very healing and so kind 😢 Thank you for the love, the care and the kindness in which you expressed your concerns - it was not lost on me 🫂🥰❤️
I hope you know that beyond everything, beyond this channel, you really are dear to my heart, connecting with you is one of my biggest blessings in life - a whole community that is kind, smart and connected to their hearts.
Thank you for choosing to connect with me, I never take it for granted and feel the gratitude every single day as I read your comments and connect with you.
