Pico De Gallo made from our bountiful tomato harvest.

1 Red onion
1 Bunch of cilantro
2 Scotch Bonnets (from the garden)
2 Sugar Rush Peach Peppers (from the garden)
4 Limes, juiced
A splash of vinegar
LOTS of tomatoes (from the garden) (we probably used 5-7 of varying sizes)
5 Cloves of garlic (measure with your heart)
Salt & pepper to taste

Craig and Kyla's Garden

Today we helped a friend's mom with her community garden plot. I forgot to get a true before picture. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We helped pull weeds and then loosened up some of the soil in order to plant in 3 tomato plants, 4 cucumbers, 1 eggplant, 3 pepper plants, and two squash. We then heavily watered, mulched, and helped troubleshoot issues with the drip irrigation, which we don't have experience with, but we got it working! 😉
