The Bureau of Queer Art

TBQA is a Queer-led platform for exhibitions, residencies, publishing, and events that amplify Queer and Allied artists across borders and media. We build shows as experiences—not just walls—creating spaces where artists and audiences gather, witness, and leave changed. Our residencies are practical and artist-centered, blending digital and on-site support through studio visits, peer critique, publishing guidance, and opportunities for visibility.

Through our magazine, interviews, and video/podcast features, we treat artists as authors and preserve their work in a growing archive that circulates internationally. TBQA also produces pop-ups, talks, collaborations, and art-fair platforms designed to connect artists with collectors and curators without flattening Queer culture into something “market-friendly.” We’re here to make Queer art louder, better supported, and harder to erase—because our community deserves more than a spotlight. We deserve infrastructure.
