Hello, I’m Yati, and welcome to The Unfolding Play. What started as a journey to walk across India with my dog, Butter, has led us to travel 14,872 kilometers and counting. We are the first and only man-dog duo in India’s history to embark on such a journey.
Each day, we explore new landscapes, meet incredible people, and uncover life lessons. It’s not always easy—the road can be tough, but Butter’s unwavering energy keeps me going. From rural roads to city streets, we continue to walk forward, crossing barriers and rewriting the story of what’s possible.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Your support means the world as we continue this adventure, one step at a time. Stay with us!

THE UNFOLDING PLAY
THE INDIAN HIPPIES.
...
It's very strange for me that a life style that was our daily living, was later found to be as a hippie culture for the west world.
...
It's even more strange, if you see the details you would notice that the life of a hippie is a community life of sadhus in India. That's how they lived long back and that's how people try to live right now
...
Though no matter if its west or east, one who becomes conscious about their living, will thrive, but the trend and the name took it too far.
...
One has to go as basic and natural as possible, come true with nature inside you and the nature out side you, than one may enter the real community of a hippie.
...
One wants to become a hippie or a sadhu now, without knowing we were born as one and than given the luxury of this world to be spoiled.
...
One who can admire the life around it self need not seek for a life of a hippie, concentrate more on you and you might find your self living a life of one.
