🤝 Yesterday, we welcomed two clients from Europe for our first factory meeting.

Upon arriving in Shenzhen, the clients proactively contacted us, hoping to visit the STHL factory in person.

On July 27th, the client team visited as scheduled.

It wasn't just a quick tour—they were very professional, engaging in in-depth discussions with us at length about various process details in the SMT and DIP workshops:

🔍 Confirming program settings in front of the first-piece inspection equipment

🌡️ Discussing temperature profile control near the reflow soldering area

🔬 Carefully examining board soldering details under a magnifying glass

📦 Confirming the temperature and time settings for each piece of equipment in the baking oven.

After the tour, the clients expressed great satisfaction with our manufacturing capabilities and quality control.

Following this, both sides returned to the meeting room for a more in-depth exchange on project details. Many topics that couldn't be covered online were thoroughly discussed in this face-to-face communication.

A candid, on-site exchange is worth more than dozens of emails.

Solder balls on the bottom of BGAs, solder run-through on the sides of QFNs, tiny voids and cracks—these details invisible to the naked eye are revealed one by one by STHL using X-Ray.
