Before and After getting married 🤪 . I took a picture with Afrika today and then happened to realize we had taken an identical one during the first month when we first started training! . LEG GROWTH ✅ . BOOTY GROWTH ✅ . The difference is insane! Or is it just the Rare Fit outfit making her look thicker? 🤔🤣 jk . I know a lot of you will see the before and after difference, but what you don’t see is everything in between! . It def wasn’t easy! And there was a lot of set backs. Like her stomach issues which really didn’t let her eat. . A lot of inconsistency with working out due to other issues. . It wasn’t easy but PROGRESS IS PROGRESS. . Like I’ve said before. Don’t compare yourself. Everyone progresses at a different pace. . Whats really important is that you don’t give up and you keep going. And focus all your energy in to getting 1% better everyday! . She’s been on a slight surplus. . The left picture she’s about 85 lbs! And she’s 5’1 . Right picture she’s about 110lbs! . 2 protein shakes a day! (Plant based) . And she eats 3 other meals a day. . So 5 in total if you count the protein shakes as meals. . We’re all in this journey together so whenever anybody has questions in the comments, if I don’t answer, someone should step in and help that person out. . Let’s go peach squad. We got this
