Appeals, is one of the areas of law on which I've got the most questions on Bar Talk with Ọlá. There are a few of those areas.

Today, I sat with Christian Oti, a well experienced litigation lawyer and appellate procedure specialist to dissect the subject of appeals.

We covered the WH questions (the BTWO way), notice of appeal, compilation and transmission of record of appeal, brief of argument and conducting the appeal, inter alia.
