Hello, this is DIAL No.

I’m currently in the middle of working on the next theme, and with this release, I’m planning to open the curtain on a long term project.

Many of you are probably familiar with tarot cards, especially the Major Arcana. Each Major Arcana card carries its own meaning according to its number. Starting with the upcoming theme, all future themes will incorporate the meanings of these cards. Essentially, each theme will be created based on a specific card. Of course, other elements may blend into the process as the themes are developed.

The theme releasing this time is related to The XIII Major Arcana: Death.

As always, the music itself won’t strictly follow the theme’s mood. It will be composed of relaxing and chill tracks (with a bit of tension here and there), mainly within soul, R&B, lo-fi, jazz, and ambient genres. And for this album, the final track won’t be a character theme but a regular track. Since it’s a single character theme, the character track will instead be added in the final volume.

Thank you, as always, for your continued interest and support! :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

Lately, I’ve been caught up with other work and haven’t had much time to focus on production, so the upload was delayed. However, the DIAL No. project will continue without interruption. It may take a little longer, but I hope you’ll stay with me.

As always, the CALIGO KNIGHTS theme has come to an end. This time, the theme revolves around faith(belief). This can give rise to betrayal, or it can take the form of obsession. The two stories explore those directions. When seen from a positive perspective, faith can lead people toward something good together. Yet when you consider its dual nature, it’s something that must be handled carefully. Blind belief born from excessive conviction, or self-deception, for instance.

Still, I believe faith is an essential part of our society. A truly healthy society isn’t one devoid of faith, but one where people can rely on each other.

I’ll see you again with the next theme. As always, thank you for your support! :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

I’m writing this post to announce an update to the DIAL No. numbering system.

From now on, upcoming albums will no longer include letters in their track titles. Instead, the 26 letters of the alphabet will be arranged in order, allowing you to deduce a hidden title from the assigned Dial Number. For clarity, each number will be followed by a period.
For example, if the Dial Number is 5.7.15, you can decode it alphabetically to get EGO.

The reason I decided to change the system is due to the number of tracks. Originally, since the Dial Numbers went from 1 to 0, I thought each album should always contain ten songs.

However, for various reasons, I may not always be able to release exactly ten tracks. This new system gives me more flexibility and frees me from the pressure of thinking, “It has to be ten songs!”
Of course, if time allows, I might still include ten or even more tracks.

I also think that the release schedule is important. I want to keep introducing each new theme to my listeners as promptly as possible. I’ll do my best to maintain that!

With this change, Dial Numbers will no longer appear in album titles on platforms like Spotify, Bandcamp, or Apple Music.
they’ll only be visible on YouTube. I kindly ask for your understanding.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support! :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

The BLURRED BRAND theme has now come to a close. This time, the theme revolved around rumors and trauma.
A subject that, to be honest, was quite difficult for me. It’s not something that can be approached easily, and I struggled a lot while putting the story together. Still, I’m relieved that I was able to finish it safely.

As the saying goes, “Bad news travels fast” or “Rumors spread quickly in a small town.”
I believe there’s a certain power in harmful rumors. People tend to react more strongly and spread bad news instinctively.

If you know someone who’s going through a hard time, it might be good to reach out to them first. Even a small gesture of comfort could create a positive ripple effect. Of course, that’s just my personal thought. :)

With that, I’ll get back to preparing the next theme. I truly hope only good things come your way.

Thank you, as always, for your support! :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

Once again, the MIND MAP theme has come to an end. This time, the theme revolved around greed and arrogance, with Volume 1 focusing more on greed and Volume 2 leaning toward arrogance. I’m not sure how well that was conveyed, but I truly hope it was a meaningful experience for you.

For this worldbuilding, I chose hacking as a key element. Since certain terms within the lore setting conflicted with YouTube’s policies, I had no choice but to upload the setting materials on another site. Of course, I could have toned down or altered the wording, but I felt that doing so would compromise the intended atmosphere, so I decided to release it as it was. Even in the story section, I honestly wanted to make it much stronger, but there were parts I needed to be cautious about, so I held back a little. It’s still not perfect, but I’ll keep working on it.

There’s also something I’d like to share regarding the overall theme direction. As you may have noticed, most of my works so far have leaned toward dystopian settings or heavy atmospheres. Moving forward, I plan to avoid restricting myself to a single genre. That doesn’t mean the style will change dramatically overnight, but you can expect to see more varied concepts, including some brighter themes from time to time.

As for the music, I’ll continue making in my usual style, while also experimenting occasionally with slightly different moods. And as always, the final track of the album may feel different from the rest or perhaps somewhat similar.

Every time I release a new theme, I feel both excitement and concern over how it will be received. It may not always be to everyone’s taste, but if you stay with me until the end, I believe you can find something worthwhile within it.

Thank you, as always. I’ll see you again with the next theme!

P.S.

And for the sake of the channel’s direction, the themes that don’t have a properly established worldbuilding (those released before NEURAL DISORDER) will be taken down from YouTube in three days. I would appreciate your understanding. :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

I'm bringing my latest theme, 12TH SPIKE, to a close with the end of Volume 1. I had originally planned to continue with Volume 2, but for now, I've decided to bring it to an end in pursuit of something more refined in the future.

12TH SPIKE was built around the themes of atonement, judgment, and guilt. The core idea was this
'If sin is a disease, then maybe punishment isn't the cure. Maybe atonement is.'
Of course, atonement that's forced on someone isn't real atonement. That’s where the concepts of the arena and the spikes came in. With each spike driven into the spine, the convict experiences the pain and emotions of their victims. This allows them, for the first time, to truly feel guilt, and with it, a real chance to atone.

Some might say that still amounts to coercion, and in a way, it is. But in a world where serious offenders rarely seek redemption of their own will, I felt there was no other way. Still, this is all fictional. a completely imagined world.

I chose the number 12 for the spikes as a nod to the Twelve Labors of Heracles in Greek mythology, symbolizing a harsh yet meaningful path toward redemption.

As for what’s next, I’ll be taking more time to carefully plan and develop something with deeper structure and stronger impact. There’s even a chance that the next story will feature branching paths and meaningful player choice. I can’t promise anything yet, but it’s something I’m considering. :)

Thank you so much for your support!

Hello, this is DIAL No.

Today, the MIRYUUSA theme has come to an end.
In the past, I always posted a creator's note as a pinned comment on the final volume of each theme, but from now on, I’ll be sharing these notes here whenever a theme concludes.

The MIRYUUSA theme focused on the weight of inescapable fate and the bond between parent and child.
The first volume centered more on destiny, while the second focused more deeply on the connection between a mother and her child.
If you listen closely, you’ll notice ocean wave sounds in the first volume and the sound of rain in the second.
This was partly due to the summer atmosphere and partly because the story takes place by the sea, so I tried to reflect that in the music.

I’m not sure if this story resonated with you, but I explored various ideas by researching eastern myths and legends, and trying out different creative directions.
There’s a traditional east asian decorative art made with seashells called jagae (mother of pearl), and I used that as the inspiration for the background in the illustrations.
Naturally, this ties in with the central motif of pearls in this world(MIRYUUSA).

Creating this theme was a meaningful experience for me, and I’m grateful for the journey.

The next theme will have a lighter tone and will likely fall under the SF genre.
I still have a lot to learn, but I’ll do my best.
Thank you always for your support. :)

Hello, this is DIAL No.

To bring you a wider variety of themes more quickly, upcoming releases including VRS will now be produced in two volumes instead of three.

The next theme after VRS will be a special summer edition, moving away from the usual dystopian style and exploring an East Asian fantasy vibe. The music will match this new direction as well.

Themes like this may pop up from time to time.

Thank you as always for checking out my channel :)

Hello, everyone. This is DIAL No.

As I continue working on the next theme for NEURAL DISORDER II, I’d love to hear your thoughts to help shape the genre direction of future projects.

Many of you already know that dystopia has been a central theme on this channel. This time, however, I’m looking to explore not only dystopia but potentially other genres as well based on what you, the subscribers, are most interested in.

I’ll be sharing a few genre options for you to choose from, but feel free to leave a comment if you have other favorites or ideas you'd like to see explored.

As for the musical direction, I will continue to feature tracks in genres such as soul, R&B, lo-fi, ambient, and electronic, jazz in keeping with the channel's established style.

Thank you so much for your continued support and interest in the channel. It truly means a lot. :)
