Spotify Channel (and Other Streaming) Temporarily Down:
I received an email this morning from Spotify that I needed to change the thumbnails to my artwork because they too closely resembled the artist. On YouTube, that's fine but on Spotify, apparently not.
I contacted them this morning to change the entire catalog but my dashboard would not give me the option to. I spoke to 2 people online who told me to check back later and that they couldn't help me, only to find out tonight the catalog was removed from public view until it's reviewed. I am not able to change anything at this point and my dashboard doesn't even show the songs anymore.
I have reached back out to their help desk and just waiting a response (24-72 hours). I will get it sorted and back up so please be patient while I work to make those updates (when I finally can).
That being said, the new album artwork will have to represent the style of music the cover is in to be compliant.

New Structure and Posting Schedule:
Thank you to all who voted or left comments for suggestions on posting videos. I gave it several days to think the comments and votes over, figure out my life situation as it tied in, and have decided on a new workflow. While I would love to keep up the 1/2 videos a day, I realized I just couldn't maintain without frustrating myself.
Starting this Sunday, I will post 3 videos a week in this format:
- Sunday: Rock cover
- Tuesday: 80s cover
- Friday: Rock cover
This gives me some breathing room in between days to work on graphics, time to respond to comments and suggestions, give myself and everyone else an expected schedule, and not burn myself out in the process.

Apple Music seems to be slow rolling the tracks (2/3 weeks) and Spotify is taking around a week to post. You should be seeing 30 or so additional tracks start populating within Spotify in the next day or so.

After the feedback from my last post, I have started a new channel that is dedicated to taking rock artists and reimagining them into jazz or lo-fi/trip-hop versions (instrumental only). These videos will be 45+ minutes long, emulating a concert where the intent is to relax, reflect, and...Unwnd.
I am still in the process of creating graphics for the channel so it's bare bones at the moment but that will change shortly.
I am also still doing the rock covers on this channel so don't fret.

Good news! I should have Spotify "officially" releasing these tunes next Friday (11/7). The main ones will include Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, iTunes and the socials. I am in process of going down the list from most popular to least popular so bear with me if I have to trickle these tunes out little by little.
The bad news is my main computer crashed and I have to take it in. I may have several days where I don't post anything but during the downtime, will be uploading these tracks and getting everything prepared for the streaming platforms.

Soooo...I have been thinking a lot in the last week and I wanted to run something by everyone for feedback. It's actually funny to think about because it's polar opposite stylistically.
I love jazz, mainly smooth jazz (Watercolors on SiriusXM is the BEST) but I love traditional jazz as well. Our house will often put on a jazz channel while we are cleaning the house, or if I am working on spreadsheets and doing something tedious - just to relax and mentally check out.
That being said, I created a jazz version of a Muse song and Sevendust last night just for fun. Now, I am thinking about creating a separate channel that is dedicated to taking some of my favorite modern artists and putting together an entire cd's worth of their music into a jazz album.
Would there be any interest in that?

Thank you everyone for the song suggestions! I am WAY behind but have now compiled a list of 40 songs that I am going to attempt in the next few months. These are just the 80s songs so to keep things changing, I will do some some current music into 70s or 80s.
