As a creative soul, I've explored many different methods of creating interesting and meaningful works of art. When I discovered fluid art, I immediately fell in love with the gliding, organic and hypnotic compositions it produces.
By using free flowing acrylics, powdered mica pigments and additives, along with tilting, swiping, and spinning techniques, I aim to disrupt the acrylic paint to achieve marbleized cells and structures that create the unique and exquisite aesthetic reactions and expressions of this medium.
I am passionate about fluid art because each piece holds a unique allure as viewers perceive diverse conformations, shapes, and patterns. And while I can mostly control the process, each painting in the end is unique and surprising!
I hope you enjoy watching the process!
“It doesn't matter how the paint is put on, as long as something is said.”
“The painting has a life of its own. I try to let it come through.”
