Southern Garlic Butter Beef & Rice Skillet
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 cups beef broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups beef broth shredded cheddar cheese
