Ok… so I’ve just arranged a last minute slot today to busk again in Halifax town centre. Outside Poundland and I’ll be starting around 12 midday and will play for a minimum of two hours I think.

I must be mad as it’s gonna get up to about 32 degrees today and I can only imagine how heavy that speaker flight case and Soma Terra case will be on route…. Especially on the way back home afterwards 🤣
If anyone fancies coming along that would be ace but either way, wish me luck! 🙏🏻

So I’d like the share an update with you if that’s ok…
First of all, the next video is filmed and will be uploaded this coming Sunday 9th August.

I have now settled into a flow of uploading a new video every 3 or 4 weeks. I will continue to create music for my channel with just as much enthusiasm and enjoyment as I have since September 2023 when I started doing so properly.

This uploading schedule will allow me to create a balance between documenting my musical performances on this channel, and building another project that I’ve started recently. It’s a big project called ‘Sanctuary Environments’.
I will keep you updated on here with the progress as it unfolds. I’m excited about it and will share with you more details in due course…

Along side this additional project and my channel, I have been working on building my own Sanctuary environment inside my new home…
I have acquired a lovely gift from a good friend (a grandfather clock), I’ve stained my fireplace and will be varnishing it tomorrow… and I’ve bought some decorating materials for the lounge so I can get it feeling cosy and homely by the end of this month of August.

I’m truly and deeply grateful for the good things that I have in my life and for my beautiful two children that come to my home on a weekend (and more so during the school holidays at the moment 😃).
I think the lounge is taking shape slowly and with that I feel all the more nostalgic and closer to my childhood roots of living in a cosy terraced house.

Yes this post is a step away from a post about my music… but I like to share where I’m at in my life with you… and also, explain that the more authentic and grounded I feel, the more ideas and drive I will have toward my music and this channel… and indeed ‘Sanctuary Environments’.

I would like to thank everyone (including you 🫵) that has supported me and continues to follow my channel! I’ve just hit 1000 subscribers this morning! 😃💎🙏🏻

It’s been a very enjoyable journey since deciding to be consistent on my channel with my uploads… when I posted my first Dark Ambient Exploration video number 1, back in September 2023.

I have no intention to stop feeding my channel and all being well I’ll be making more until I’m no longer able to… hopefully in 50 or 60+ years… 😁🙄🙏🏻
