I want my body to stop hurting

I understand this post may seem a little that territory i promise im not in that headspace and fine. I’ve been sick for over a week now and my body keeps getting new problems and I just want them to stop. I’ve been at probably the lowest I’ve been for a while at the moment and just need a break to get better and heal.
