In the latest video I continue working on Piano Etude No. 6 and present a brand new section of the piece. This fragment begins in the softest possible dynamic (pianississimo) and quickly grows through a crescendo to a powerful fortissimo. I also show the score and talk about how the main motif develops and transforms.
I’m also curious about your opinion? How do you like it?

My latest piano piece, “Delusions,” will be released very soon.
Below is the presave link — click it if you’d like to have it in your Spotify library from the very first day of release! “Delusions” is a piece about the illusions of the mind, the struggle with inner chaos, and those moments when reality blends with dreams. Somewhere at the end, a fragile spark of hope begins to emerge — uncertain whether it is real or just another illusion. The piece was recorded in the hall of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. distrokid.com/hyperfollow/kamilkosecki/delusions

How do you build tension in music using just one rhythmic idea? In the new episode, I continue my Piano Étude No. 6 and show how dynamics, harmony, and texture shape direction and emotional intensity. From forte to fortissimo possibile — everything must be earned. 🎹

This is my original piano etude in 7/8, recently composed and presented in a three-part video series on this channel. The piece explores polyrhythms, shifting meters, and changing textures, gradually building toward a rhythmic climax before moving into a quieter, more restrained ending.

In this episode, I present the closing section of the piece, where the main motif returns in a transformed version, the meter shifts to 3/4 for the first time, and the music eventually comes back to 7/8 for the finale. I talk about my decisions regarding dynamics, texture, pedal usage, and—most importantly—how to end a piece without falling into cliché.

Part 2 – Composing my new piano étude:
Intensity builds, meters change, big climax hits… then it opens into a lighter, spacious section. Watch how the notation evolves, the pedal enters, and the main theme moves between the hands.
