Quick heads-up before you miss it…

Our best deal of the entire year is about to disappear — and I mean gone. We only run offers like this once, and there are just a couple of days left before everything goes back to full price.

If you’ve been thinking about finally getting serious about your game… now is absolutely the moment.

Don’t wait. Once the clock runs out, so does the deal.

What is Early Extension?

Did you know 67% of golfers deal with Early Extension?

THIS is why you're losing power and consistency.

According to TPI, Early Extension is "any forward movement (thrust) of the lower body towards the golf ball during the downswing." Ideally, the golfer’s lower body should stay balanced and rotate through the swing, but with early extension, the body pushes up and forward.

When early extension happens, a golfer’s arms and club get left behind the body, causing the lower body to rise or thrust forward during impact.

This movement brings the body closer to the ball, limiting space for the arms in the downswing and creating a chain reaction of inconsistencies, causing unpredictable shots.

For a right-handed golfer, these issues can appear as blocked shots to the right or hooks to the left, along with a noticeable loss of distance.

Why should you care?
🚀 Eliminate your two way miss — the block to the right and a hook to the left (for R-handed golfers)

🚀 Avoid feeling trapped at impact due to the lower body moving closer to the ball in the downswing

🚀 Create space for your arms and club in your downswing, which forces your torso to elevate at impact

Another Major. Same Stable Swing. Scheffler has done it again — claiming his 4th major championship title at the 2025 Open Championship in dominant fashion.

He continues to lead the world in nearly every ball-striking metric:
🏌️‍♂️ +2.3 strokes gained off the tee
🎯 #1 in strokes gained: tee to green
📈 Elite approach play week after week

There’s no denying it — Scottie has one of the most stable and efficient swings the game has ever seen. His consistency off the tee is jaw-dropping, and his two-year run of elite golf is now rivaling the best stretches we’ve seen since Tiger in his prime.

After 147 weeks at World No. 1, Scottie’s swing isn’t just consistent — it’s historic.

Let’s analyze the swing behind the stats using sportsbox AI.
With our Swing Score Report, we break down the key 3D swing metrics that drive elite-level performance — the same insights that underpin Scottie’s dominance.

Scotties Swing Scores: 90
The numbers represent percentiles, specifically within our database of current tour professionals that we have reviewed using Sportsbox AI analysis.

💨 Speed Score: 96
🔋 Efficiency Score: 90
🔄 Movement Superpower: Rotation
🏋🏻‍♂️ Segment Superpower: Core

🌀 Scottie’s swing is powered by rotation. His Chest Turn Speed Max and Lead Upper Arm Swing Speed Max both rank in the 97th percentile, showing off an elite rotational engine.

🏋🏻‍♂️ His Shoulder is the primary contributor to swing speed — contributing 17% of total speed, which is 0.51 standard deviations above the tour average. This shows he's generating speed from larger, more stable segments — a hallmark of efficient and sustainable power.

🧩 Scottie’s sequencing is flawless — with perfect transition order (Pelvis → Chest → Arm → Club) and pelvic motion order (Sway → Turn → Lift). This enables near-perfect energy transfer, contributing to his 96/100 Efficiency Score.

🎯 Even at Address and Impact, his movement is robotically consistent. His Chest Side Bend and Pelvis Side Bend at Address both show 0.0° standard deviation — a level of repeatability that sets him apart from the field.

It’s Open Championship Week! 🇬🇧

The final men’s major of the year is here—and this time, we’re heading back to the iconic Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland. With coastal winds, tight fairways, and punishing rough, this course promises to be a true test of every part of a pro’s game.

So the question is… who’s going to rise to the challenge?
Will it be the long hitter who can carry bunkers and flight it through the wind?
The laser-sharp iron player who can thread the needle on approach?
The magician around the greens?
Or the one with ice in their veins on the putting surface?

Let’s look back at the 2024 Champion, Xander Schauffele, to see what it took to win last year:

Launching with Ground Force
Xander’s pelvis lift into impact is one of the highest on tour—at 3.4”, he’s well above the 2.9” tour average. This upward motion helps launch the ball high and far, especially with the driver.

Unreal Rotation
At impact, Xander gets his pelvis and chest more open than most:

Pelvis Turn: 44° (vs. 37.5° tour avg)

Chest Turn: 38° (vs. 30° tour avg)

Side bend + Sway Gap = serious separation.
To really drive the ball high, Xander creates a deep side bend and major horizontal separation:

Chest Side Bend: 43° (vs. 32° avg)

Sway Gap: -9.6” (vs. -6.7” avg)

Track your movement in 3D and see what gives Xander and others the edge, right in the Sportsbox 3DGolf app. If you're not measuring - you're guessing go.ethosgolf.net/improve
