I swear that my library network tricks bookworms into falling victim to their dastardly trap.
We are permitted to borrow up to 40 books at a time. And I have to say that sometimes I do reach that number. Is that a bad thing? (oh, and that excludes ebooks!)
But we're also permitted to place up to 30 reserves at a time. And I do reach that number often.
What they don't warn you about is you may have 10 or more holds become available at the same time! Have I read that many books to return? What books can I send back to the library and promise to borrow again later?
Libraries are wonderful, but there's a hidden curse for bookworms!
Oh, and I won't tell you what my record is for holds available at the same time, but it is more than 15!

We've had a charity book fair nearby this weekend. Well, Friday to Sunday. Bought a large number books that will never fit on my shelves. But $2.00 per book and money goes to charity - who can say no?

Hi all. With being busy over the short Easter break, and suffering from a heavy head cold, I've not been very active over the last week. If my voice holds up, I'll try to have my March in review video completed soon. I've plenty of reviews I could be editing but just haven't found the energy.
Will bounce back soon and be back into it.
