I am having be far the worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever ordered from. I would like to say that Sportmans guide has bad customer service but unfortunately it’s nonexistent.

This company decided it was acceptable to cancel my preorders without any notification, email, or text and then give me the option to pre order again at an increased price AFTER I signed up for their monthly subscription. I’m starting to think their online pre order deals are just ploys to get people to sign up for their subscription service and rope them into a monthly fee. Calling their customer service line gets a voicemail that says “due to increased call volumes we will be unable to take your call” meaning the phone was ringing a lot so they decided to unplug it? Only contact is to submit an online form, which I have 4 times, all of which game me an automated response says that my ticket was “resolved” even though I never heard from or contacted by anyone.

So far I have found no way to get my money back for the subscription that is completely and utterly useless to me now. I was going to make a video series about building a budget AR in 2021 and advertise their company but now my recommendation is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPORTSMANS GUIDE. I’ll make another post if I ever hear back from them but I am not holding my breath.
