A CLARIFICATION ABOUT ISU

I’ve been asked on many occasions whether I am a Hebrew Israelite. Because the question continues to arise, a clear and respectful answer is appropriate.

I am not a Hebrew Israelite.

The Investigation: Scripture Uncovered is not a Hebrew Israelite platform and is not affiliated with any Hebrew Israelite organization or movement.

This is not an attack or criticism. The term “Hebrew Israelite” encompasses different groups, beliefs, and perspectives, and no community should be reduced to a single label.

This is simply a matter of accurately defining who I am and what this channel represents.

ISU is an investigation-first platform. We examine biblical, historical, theological, and cultural claims by asking questions, testing interpretations, and following the evidence as far as it can responsibly take us.

Investigating a claim does not establish affiliation with those who hold it. Agreement on one issue also does not mean agreement on every issue.

The same evidentiary standard must apply to every community, denomination, movement, and tradition—including my own theological framework.

As ISU grows, it will address questions that cross ethnic, denominational, and religious boundaries. It is not intended to represent any single community, but to pursue responsible investigation wherever the evidence leads.
