Missing My Templates in Outlook? This is a known Microsoft issue right now. Microsoft is investigating incident EX1255397, and the add-in may be missing across Outlook experiences. The next official update is scheduled for March 26, 2026.

Copilot Chat Basic users just got a lucky break. ☘️

New Outlook Mail Templates finally work the way users need — full formatting, images, tables, and easy sharing. But the older My Templates add-in is still in New Outlook, and Microsoft knows the naming confusion is a problem. They’re considering a change, but haven’t said what or when.
