New Outlook PST Export just got another update.

Microsoft added a new option when exporting to a PST file:

👉🏾Move to PST Export
👉🏾Copy to PST Export

And there’s more: 𝐏𝐒𝐓 IMPORT 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬, 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

Quick Parts is finally available in New Outlook, and many users are happy to have it.

But one important shortcut is still missing: typing a few characters to quickly insert saved content into an email.

I submitted this request through the Microsoft Feedback Portal. Microsoft confirmed that the feature is being considered, but there is no timeline yet.

Missing My Templates in Outlook? This is a known Microsoft issue right now. Microsoft is investigating incident EX1255397, and the add-in may be missing across Outlook experiences. The next official update is scheduled for March 26, 2026.

Copilot Chat Basic users just got a lucky break. ☘️
