Born and raised in Texas, AJ began his musical journey picking out nursery rhymes on the piano in old country churches after the service. While not professionally trained, AJ has learned to play a variety of instruments although strumming folk-rock tunes on his guitar is his catharsis.
Drawing on his faith, his experiences travelling the world as a Marine, major health setbacks, being a dad to 6 wonderful kids and a 20 year marriage to an amazing woman, AJ writes heartfelt and in your face songs that talk about the struggles of life and how his faith has sustained him through it all.
AJ's debut album 'Day By Day' is set for release this year, with two singles 'Day By Day' and 'Got Faith' already released for streaming.
