So chat, I’m thinking of taking a break for a bit. I’ve been working nonstop since February and think it’s about time. My plan is to take the summer off, but knowing me I’ll start the next one in like 2 weeks. While I do have a couple more ideas for videos, I’ve noticed my list shrinking. There’s a couple big ones but I wouldn’t be able to do them during the summer because of personal circumstances. I haven’t really watched, played or read something for my own leisure in a good while so I basically just need to consume more media to keep this machine going. Can’t review things if I don’t get a chance to experience them right?

I’ve made a decision. The AMV will be posted next week, before the longer video. I promised myself not to work myself to death this year and considering that the raw recording for this one is 6h long (likely around 1h after trimming), I’d have to just that to finish it by then. I’ll try aiming for an end of March release date so that I don’t crumble into dust. If this release order makes me lose 2 subscribers then so be it, I’d rather not experience the production cycle of the “music that i like” video again.
By like 5 minutes I managed to complete my goal of finishing (or basically finishing) a video before March. One problem though, I can’t publish it. Not because of any technical struggle no, I just couldn’t hold myself back and went and made another AMV. Which would mean back-to-back with the last one and would for the uninitiated look like a complete content pivot. So I have to go back to the big boy video to keep the balance in check
There is however two scenarios I release this earlier. The first is that because the artist is soon releasing a new album I could ride the coattails and drop it to coincide with it. The other is that one of you pays me for it 🙂↕️
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that I am still in the kitchen and they haven’t let me out for months. Big Stuff Coming Soon and all that (follow me on the place owned by the evil guy to get more info or something 🤫)

this year i’ll try to not engulf myself entirely in the Grind and actually “get a life”
that doesn’t mean content will dry up though! gonna aim for 12 videos this year, their length doesn’t matter
on top of that, i’m hoping and praying that i’ll hit 500 subs this year so i can start getting paid scraps
