This is the down side of a capital based business system. Capital is always a greedy coward. It privileges its protectors by law and right of ownership. Humans are just numbers. To be used to fatten capital. The relationship is transactional. The facts about outcomes are known to people working in such a system. Ask a simple question: how much tax does Bezos or Musk or their ilk pay? The servers or servants of the system pay upto 45% tax depending on where you work. So the issue is this system fair? Or is there a different solution? Musk thinks he is doing the right thing trying to save the company. Bezos may think the same! But are they?
