In this episode, our guest, Josh Galindo, owner of Galindo Group Real Estate, shares his journey in the real estate industry. Josh started in 2005 by flipping properties and eventually built a brokerage around this business. Galindo's strategy involves taking real estate to its highest and best use, rather than just learning to sell it. Josh has built up a ton of volume with his business and on average has flipped and sold between 30-120 homes per year. Having learned some hard lessons over many years of practice, Josh’s precision flipping strategy enables him to flip in any market. Josh also talks about building a portfolio of 79 doors and growing a luxury brokerage of 97 agents. Josh is a testament to the power of focus, mindset, and living with an abundance mentality.

Soli invests in out-of-state properties in Ohio and Georgia, primarily focusing on SFRs, MFRs, and STRs. Soli started her real estate journey during the pandemic, buying her first property in Ohio for $98,000, sight unseen. From that point on, Soli then quickly scaled her portfolio with the help of private and hard money lenders. Her goal is to achieve $20k/month passive cash flow and to purchase 100 units this year. Soli also talks with us about her role in her partnerships, where she focuses on the capital raising and asset management side of the business. Overall, Soli's journey is an inspiring example of how one can achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.
