We have been homesteading for two decades and our vision for this channel is to be a helpful neighbor in all kinds of areas of gardening, homesteading, regenerative farming, and permaculture, no matter if you live in the country or in the city.
We want to encourage you, so we invite you to get your hands dirty the garden, or go to our 1927 kitchen and bake something yummy, fix a tractor, or milk a goat. From a small raised bed to large farms we will be learning from each other.
You are a blessing to us and Lord willing we will be to you.

Greetings and apologies neighbors!
😬 No Tractor & Truck Tuesday this week. The boys are in between jobs waiting on parts. The parts came in alright, but were all wrong for two different tractors! We have another job that the parts won't come in for 90 days. We look forward to seeing you next Tuesday, so in the mean time tune in for Farm Girl Friday and our regular homestead fun on Sat.

Cold icy day here in North Carolina. Except for the animal chores we are staying in the house and washing some old canning jars I found and attacking the utility room which is now our potato storage room. We have to go through and remove old potatoes, pumpkins and best of all get the seed bank out. New seeds are on their way and that makes us excited, but not quite ready. What do you do on a icy day?

Hump day blessings y'all! The barn is a mess after being neglected while we were sick. Will probably take most of the morning to get it in order. Our energy levels are still low, but with a little team work we should get it done. Have a great day everyone!

Was able tp go on my first short walk since being sick. Trying to find the balance between getting myself moving again and not over doing things as my body is still healing. What is your favorite way to start over fresh for better health after sickness and a long winter?
