+ I love using @schwarzkopfusa BlondMe Clay lightener because it works slowly so I have time to pull the foils out when they’re lifted to the perfect level
🫶🏼 BLEACH CONSISTENCY: + @schwarzkopfusa BlondMe 1:1.5 (and I LOVE mixing BlondMe 9+ with BlondMe Clay for situations where I don’t need speed or a ton of levels of lift. Usually I do about 20 grams of 9+ with 10 grams of Precision and 45 grams of developer)
🫶🏼 TOOLS: + BOARD: my Blonde Chronicles blending board (obvi 😂). If you haven’t tried using a board for blonding, I HIGHLY suggest it! This was something that completely changed everrrrything for me. You can saturate so so well plus painting against a hard surface will help you get such a seamless blend!
+ BRUSH (FOR LIVED IN COLOR): the Davines medium color brush is my OG. It has the perfect amount of bristles and they a bit softer and more flexible.
+ BRUSH (FOR HIGHLIGHTS TO THE ROOTS): the @framar Classic brush is my go-to. The bristles are a little more rigid which allows for a super precise application.
📌 SAVE THIS for when you need a quick formula to use for grey blending (because a -0 and a -1 is my go to for grey blending!!)
BTW, @schwarzkopfusa Igora Vibrance can do this because it is an alkaline demi and it has enough alkalinity to swell the cuticle and pop around and blend grey (pop around is the scientific description 😂). While I cannot put it into scientific terms, NOT ALL DEMIS ARE CREATED EQUAL!! An alkaline demi will be best for blending grey ❤️
