I am a front-end web developer based in Nairobi, just trying to make a name for myself in this industry and on this platform. I don't know everything and I think I have done a good job to portray that, and that I am also constantly learning new things.

My goal with this channel is to share my knowledge about being a developer. So, I have new videos out every week - I would like to increase this frequency, but I can only record, edit and upload videos so fast, being a one-man-army with a simple laptop.
I use a Dell Latitude E5440 Laptop from 2014 - quite an old laptop as you can see, which explains the lags I've showcased in some of my videos. I hope to upgrade to a much better machine once I'm able to rely on YouTube for the revenue.
Ad revenue isn't my sole motivation - but when it comes in, I do appreciate it. Also, I don't control the ads on videos

Take a look at the latest project. What do you like about the UI? What would you add / change / remove?
Features:
1. Uses theWeatherAPI for the weather info.
2. Recharts to show the hourly weather chart.
3. Shadcn for the cards, dropdown list and toggle
4. Select a city out of a list of 100 that chatgpt helped me to generate.
5. Show background image depending on the current forecast of the city.
6. Built in NextJs 15
The video will come out in about 4 weeks (tentatively), because I have just finished building it and I will start recording it soon. Plus, I already have other projects ready and releasing every Monday - but 3 days earlier on Friday if you are a member of the channel.

Welp, releasing 10 videos in 40 minutes sounded like a good idea since they were all sequential, but it only seems to have attracted bots. So I'm not doing that any time soon. For future video series, I'm opting to release one per day. What do you think of that idea? Do you have any other suggestions?
