Greetings! Welcome to my channel, where I am learning metalworking skills, developing my workshop and trying my hand at different fabrication techniques. This channel is not aimed at teaching, but instead at documenting my progress and projects. There is a definite leaning towards model engineering and model steam engines, but there are also repairs, modifications, alterations and anything that takes my fancy, with some motorcycling thrown in the mix for fun.

I am still buried in a freelance engineering project that has gone off the rails. However, I think I’ll be able to get a little rotary table shednanigans in this weekend. A little more work on the beam engine due to commence.

Today, I are been mostly installing a viewer gifted kool mist set up.
I removed the chintsy kool mist magnet, made an adapter block and mounted it all on a spare mag base I had hanging around.
Works really well. A highly interesting “things other people already adequately documented but I’m filming anyway” video coming up.
