After six years of full-time travel, we’ve finally found a place to call home—Madrid.
Hola, we’re Maria and Bryan (aka The Mamuchos), and this is our little corner of the internet where we share what life in Spain really looks like—through Maria’s local lens and Bryan’s American perspective.
We’re figuring things out as we go, embracing the culture, indulging in the food, and laughing at the quirks that come with building a new life here. From the highs to the what did we just get ourselves into moments, we’re sharing it all—alongside our four rescue sidekicks, Nala, Simba, Luci, and Scar.

Ésta semana hemos decidido no subir ningún video, aunque tenemos dos ya casi terminados, hemos estado disfrutando de la familia en casa...
Y del nuevo Ahorramás que han abierto en el barrio y Bryan se ha vuelto loco con las ofertas
Aunque no nos hemos ido de vacas, hemos decidido tomarnos esta semana un poco más tranquilos. Os vemos a partir del lunes con videos cortos y en formato normal tenemos el vídeo de cómo nos conocimos -diferencias entre EEUU y España- y otro vídeo sobre los hábitos estadounidenses que Bryan ha perdido viviendo en España.
Esperamos que estéis disfrutando de los últimos días de agosto y que la vuelta al "cole" sea lo mejor posible para todos.

This week we've decided not to upload any videos, although we have two almost finished. We've been enjoying time with family at home...
And the new Ahorramás store that opened in the neighborhood, and Bryan has been going crazy with the deals.
Although we haven't gone on vacation, we've decided to take this week a little more relaxed. We'll see you starting Monday with short videos, and in normal format we have the video of how we met—differences between the US and Spain—and another video about American habits that Bryan has lost while living in Spain.
