My name is Bob. I have stage 4 chronic kidney disease and I have been doing the carnivore diet of eating since early 2023. Thanks to this way of eating, I've lost massive amounts of weight, lowered my blood pressure, reversed pre-diabetes, cured ulcerative colitis, and much more. Due to my underlying health issues, the diet hasn't been all bells and whistles, and on this channel I share my struggles and the research I did to overcome these obstacles. I also love to have guests on to talk about their struggles and successes as well.
