🚫 2026 is the year I stop sabotaging the life I say I want.
No more doing things the hard way just to prove I can “push through.” This year is about choosing habits that support me instead of exhausting me.
My 2026 wellness ins are simple, not flashy:
Listening to my body when it’s tired, hungry, stressed, or not okay. Early mornings that actually support my goals. Going to bed on time, reading before sleep, drinking water, eating whole foods, prioritizing protein, and planning my meals so my brain isn’t constantly overwhelmed.
It’s Sunday apartment resets, morning to-do lists I actually follow, time set aside to work on my dreams, and movement I genuinely enjoy (yes, skiing counts).
And my outs?
Using food to cope with stress. Snoozing when I’ve already slept enough. Doom scrolling until I pass out. Procrastinating the gym, staying up too late, forgetting to drink water, living off processed food, and then wondering why I feel terrible.
Most importantly? Letting self-doubt convince me to quit on my weight loss goals before I’ve even given myself a real chance.
This year isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency, self-respect, and doing the small things that actually add up.
If you’re trying to build a healthier life without burning out, you’re in the right place 🤍
What’s one IN or OUT you’re committing to this year? 👇

Feeling like giving up is valid, actually giving up is not! Yesterday I felt like quitting my fitness journey. I’m 6 months in with no progress. I haven’t lost any weight (if anything I’ve gained weight), I don’t feel stronger in the gym, and I look the same in my progress photos. What’s the point?
.
The point is that I’m still learning! These past 6 months haven’t been a waste if I’ve been learning the skills that will get me to progress eventually.
.
Instead of quitting, I did 5 things:
1. I journaled about my feelings. Why am I feeling this way? What can I do to improve? What are small changes that I can implement today?
2. I asked ChatGPT for advice, and it gave me a list of 7 action items that I could do right now.
3. I used ChatGPT to help me make a spreadsheet to track my progress and so see my consistency.
4. I reached out to a few fitness coaches to see their rates and if I thought they’d be a good fit to work together.
5. I kept going on my fitness journey. I still went to the gym, got outside for my walk, and ate healthy foods, because your feelings are valid but quitting is not.
.
At some point in my fitness journey I knew that this was going to happen. But I don’t have to let it stop me from pursuing my goals anyways. You can feel like you want to quit and still go to the gym. Taking on a weight loss goal is not easy, but can be done. You got this 🧡

I’m back! Hey friends, it’s been a while!
.
First thing, I GOT A DOG 🐶 his name is Leo and how cute is he 😍 you can expect to see a lot more of him!
Second, it’s healthy to take a break from social media every now and then! Being this connected is not normal, and I just didn’t feel like posting and wanted a little break.
.
BUT I’m back, and I’m happy to be posting again! From now on you can expect to see health and fitness content over here 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️ I’m currently in my healthy girl fitness era. I have many goals I want to achieve before I turn 30 (April 2026) and I thought I’d bring you along for the journey. Here are my goals:
1. Lose ~40-50lbs, I’ll know the right number when I get there 🤍
2. Make my journey a healthy lifestyle change, this isn’t a diet, this isn’t a temporary change to lose weight. When I’m 70 I want to be able to practice yoga and walk my dogs 🐶 that’s what this change is about!
3. Get my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification 🧘🏼♀️ this is something that’s been on my list for a while now, yoga has changed my life for the better and I want to deepen my practice and share yoga with others.
.
I’m excited to share my journey and experiences and the things I learn along the way. I won’t be perfect, my journey won’t be perfect but that’s part of the adventure. If you made it this far comment 🏃🏼♀️ and follow to see where this adventure takes me.
