This prep started out surprisingly easy, but in those last 6 weeks I truly had to push my mind and body harder than I ever have before. The sweat and the tears I poured into this prep built my character more than anything has before. I told myself last year I’d never compete again, and yet here I am. 7 days out.

If you know me you know I love to win. I’m extremely competitive and strong willed when I want to be. But regardless of placing in this show, my main goal was to beat the package I brought to stage last year. And I find so much peace in knowing I ALREADY DID THAT! In my heart I’ve already won, because as cliche as it sounds, it really is you vs. you. And I SMOKED that girl on the left.

This isn't just a "before and after" photo

In the first picture I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of myself. I was struggling with confidence, navigating the pressures of high school and caught in a cycle of self-doubt. Competing with others felt like the only way to validate myself...
Fast forward to today and everything has changed. I've found my strength inside and out. I've learned to love and take care of myself, not for anyone else, but for ME. It wasn't easy, and it didn't happen overnight, but that journey shaped me into the woman I am today.

I know what it's like to feel lost because l've been there, and I want you to know you don't have to figure it out alone. After months and months, I finally made the decision to launch 1-on-1 online coaching because I felt called to support the women who relate to my story.
