Repped Labs is Nashville's first tech research center — a social enterprise built by two award-winning neurodivergent engineers, a mother and daughter who got tired of waiting for the room to exist and built it themselves.

We study tech environments. We run labs, workshops, and immersive journeys for people who use tech to build their lives and their work. And we generate the evidence-based data that will change how tech spaces are designed, operated, and experienced — starting in Nashville and becoming the national blueprint for neuroinclusive tech environments.
