Well, that was fast! No more SESAC nonsense to deal with anymore, so disregard everything I said in my last community post. All mashups on my YouTube channel are visible in the US once again, so no more muted sections of songs for you to deal with.

Hello everyone. It's been a while! I apologize for my absence from YT for the last several months (other than in the comments section). Work has been busy recently and I haven't had the time to post things in a bit.

The main reason I'm making this update is that... well, four of my mashup videos have had their visibility restricted by YouTube in the United States (aka, quite a chunk of my audience). The only mashup project of mine that remains unaffected is Intrusive Thoughts, but Lorem Ipsum, Beef Tapes, Waiting for Answers, and Escaping the Hard Drive have all been hit.

Slightly good news however - only one song per album are affected. They are "Billie" from Lorem Ipsum, "Itrona Pop" from The Beef Tapes, "I Kissed My Religion" from Waiting for Answers, and "Sugarfall" from Escaping the Hard Drive.

Unfortunately, I am going to be muting these songs in the full album videos, and their individual uploads will remain blocked. However, this is a perfect time to advertise that YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THESE TRACKS FOR FREE THROUGH BANDCAMP. Completely free of charge! Finally, now for some 100% positive news... my next mashup album (titled "out of focus") is FINALLY close to exiting the oven. Even better news is the fact that my "test" unlisted upload is only blocked in Russia/Belarus (which is typical of mashups on YT), and NOT blocked in the United States -- this means that most of you should be able to view this album in its entirety when it finally releases (hopefully in the next couple of weeks or so), as it seems to be unaffected by the recent wave of copyright strikes. I hope you guys are looking forward to it! Some of these songs have literally been completed for close to a year now, so it's mildly cathartic to finally be able to release them.

As promised in the description of the EP, a collection of outtakes from some of my previous albums and most recent EP are coming sometime this month, and will all be included in one (possibly lengthy) video. Some of these will be mashups that came *just* short of making the cut for the EP, while others will be more along the lines of failed mad scientist experiments gone wrong. It will be quite the mix!

In addition, Album #4 is in the creation process, and will likely take a while. I'm currently giving it a ballpark guess of... May? June? Somewhere around there. Maybe sooner. Maybe later. We'll see! Based on what I've created so far, I do believe it's going to be worth the wait.

I'll be uploading again soon! I will see you guys in the comments sections of my videos in the meanwhile (please feel free to leave any comments you want, it makes my day every time it happens).

Hello everyone! I figured I should probably give an update on what I'm doing mashup-wise. I keep forgetting that the community tab is indeed a place that I can post things to.

But first, thank you all for over 200 subscribers! I really appreciate the support, and all of the comments/likes/views are not ignored by me. I actually have a habit of constantly looking at my YT Studio app on my phone and constantly checking to see if I got any more views on my videos - if you watch any of my mashup albums at any point, I've probably seen that view directly through my analytics. Perhaps this is an unhealthy habit, but I hope that that emphasizes how much I am aware of every single view, comment, like... anything. Believe me, I appreciate every single interaction with my content, no matter how small!

Secondly, work on Album #4 has begun. It actually began about a month ago and I just haven't gotten around to posting about it yet. I don't have any kind of firm release date or anything - however, I am reasonably certain that it will be released before the end of this year. I'm making an active effort to take the time to make the album as good as I possibly can, so I'm intentionally not rushing myself to get the album out earlier. Combine that with my full time job taking up more of my time, and we're looking at a release date of sometime in the year 2023 - I'm not confident enough to give any more information than that, but rest assured that it is on the way and that I am working on it.

That's about all I have for right now. I might be going radio silent until this album is done, so I'll see you all then!
