hey everyone! due to events many of us witnessed at the BFDI x II LA tour this evening, i feel it’s necessary to say this as a PSA: do not attempt go on stage nor hug the panelists unless you have their explicit permission beforehand

someone did this today at the tour; it was uncomfortable for everyone involved, and clearly done without any permission. please do not follow in their footsteps just because it seemed okay in the moment!! i would not be surprised if security is heightened at future tour locations because of this.

thank you for reading! please remember to treat creators you admire as nothing more than a point of inspiration; there is an inherent power imbalance between you and them, and attempting to close the gap is unsafe for both people involved.
