Seeker... the quiet pain that shapes us

There are moments on the spiritual path when the pain inside feels too much...
not because something is wrong,
but because something within is trying to break open.

Pain of ignorance...
Pain of not knowing...
Pain of growing...
Pain of breaking limitations...
Pain of waiting for someone you don’t even know...

These are not weaknesses.
They are signs of a seeker.

I wrote these lines during a time when my whole being resisted things others did so easily...
and I couldn’t understand why.

But slowly I realised...
sometimes life pushes us deep… very deep within...
because that’s where a limitation is waiting to break.

Trust the process.
Every pain is carving space for something larger.

We often say technology is neutral... it’s the intention behind it that decides whether it heals or harms.

Take drones for example.

They can be used for war, surveillance, or control.

Or, with a conscious and inclusive approach, they can be used to drop millions of seed balls across barren landscapes, reviving forests, combating climate change, and restoring balance to nature.


India is already experimenting with drone-based afforestation, and it’s inspiring to see technology serve life rather than threaten it.

As Sadhguru says: “Only when we create a Conscious Planet will we have a truly sustainable future.”

🪷 The Journey of the Lotus — A Seeker’s Path | Inspired by Sadhguru 🪷

A lotus cannot bloom alone.
What looks like mud is love in disguise.
What feels like a struggle is grace at work.
This is not just the story of a lotus…
This is the journey of every seeker.

These lines came to me after listening to Sadhguru’s poem on the lotus.
With a little help from AI, I could shape my feelings into words.
Because sometimes, even the heart needs a little help to express itself.
My language may not be perfect, but my longing is true.


A seed,
a hard knot of silence,
buried deep in slush.
The lotus seed cannot bloom alone ..
its shell too strong,
It's longing too fragile.

Yet, the mud, the water,
all that gathers around ..
what looks like filth
is but love in disguise,
softening the walls,
cradling the dream.

It takes both ...
the inner strength of the seed,
and the gentle, unseen hands of the world ...
to crack it open.
The slush holds,
the seed strives,
until one day,
petals break through the dark
and kiss the sky.

A flower is born,
not for itself..
but waiting for the moment
when someone will pluck it
with devotion,
and offer it
at the feet of the Divine ..
Jagdish, Vasudev, Krishna.
