With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, many of us are thinking about love, about hearts, and about connection. But for some, this season can also be a reminder of heartache. If you’re healing from a broken heart this Valentine’s Day, I want you to know you’re not alone.
A broken heart is real—so real, in fact, that there’s even a condition called “Broken Heart Syndrome.” Some have even lost their lives to the pain of heartbreak. Our hearts are precious and powerful, and they deserve our care and attention.
