Ok...so after making those videos my friends keep asking me: "Why do you even ship them?" Oh. I'll tell you why because this couple isn't appreciated enough😂 Just remember it's hypothetical💗 Seeing Elena and Elijah together would bring a fresh and exciting dynamic to the show. Their interactions would be filled with tension, passion, and genuine affection as they both do care for each other and their loved ones(that's where they're similar. Family is everything for both of them). And you can notice the chemistry between them in the show(you can just see him smiling while she's talking if you look closely. And catch a couple of stares too) Also I want to mention Elijah's sense of honor and his willingness to forgive. Despite the betrayals and conflicts, Elijah saw the potential for redemption and goodness in Elena. His protective nature and desire to do what he believed was right likely played a significant role in his decision to continue looking out for her. This complex dynamic between them adds depth to their relationship in tvd. Just reminding he's an original and killing her would be like cracking a nut😂 And Elijah's letter🥹 He wouldn't just write that to anyone without feeling something if you know what I mean. Plus she looks like his first love...of course he felt something when he looked at her. Their contrasting personalities would create moments of both intense drama and tender intimacy. The potential for character development in their relationship is huge. Their differing backgrounds and experiences could lead to mutual personal growth. Elijah's wisdom and age contrasted with Elena's youthful determination could challenge them both. Not to mention that Elena's humanity and Elijah's vampire nature present a unique opportunity for exploration. Their relationship could dive into the complexities of balancing mortality and immortality. It's the unexpectedness of their pairing that makes it so intriguing. They come from different worlds, but somehow, it just works. That kind of magnetic connection is what I love about them. Elena and Elijah would have been one of those iconic couples that people remember fondly for years to come. The writers just thought fans would prefer this ship over delena and stelena. And honestly...I do😀 They deserved at least one season together, because..friends don't look at friends that way🥹 and Daniel Gillies admitted that Elijah did have feelings for Elena and maybe even more than he had for Katherine💗

PS I'm in love with this noble man myself. I'll take him with no hesitation😳💖
