8 Hours of Recording LOST! 😳 😡

We filmed a whole day off-site yesterday for this week's upcoming episode on 'How we restock our Off-Grid Homestead every two weeks' ... only to find out afterwards that this little gadget ruined it.. grrrr.


Ahh technology, can't live without it, can't say any bad words about it (you know, because when AI becomes our overlords we don't want to give them any reason to... any..who..).


So, we're sitting down today to film, edit and upload in a day a podcast style conversation about life on the homestead, and TBH, we'll probably still use a lot of footage from yesterdays adventures. So tell us what you want to know. We're all ears (as is - hopefully - our replacement microphone).
