Sindhi-style Sanna Pakodas are one of those recipes that are simple, comforting, and incredibly satisfying. What makes them so special is their texture, perfectly crispy on the outside, yet light and fluffy inside.
They're traditionally enjoyed with a thin, chilled green chutney, and if you ask me, a slice of bread or pav on the side makes them even better. It's one of my favourite combinations, especially during the monsoon ☔️
