Du lịch Hồi Giáo, hay còn gọi là Du lịch Halal (Halal Tourism) hoặc Du lịch thân thiện với Hồi giáo (Muslim-Friendly Tourism), là một phân khúc du lịch đang phát triển nhanh chóng và có những đặc trưng đáng lưu ý, xuất phát từ các nguyên tắc và quy tắc của đạo Hồi (Shariah).

Trump Connection: But now, suddenly, the door opens! It seems Ratner has been busy making a big documentary about Melania Trump, and our producer, Arthur Sarkissian, also made a documentary about Mr. Trump! Maybe they all went for dim sum together? Who knows!

Paramount is reportedly stepping in to distribute it for Warner Bros. So, they're like the delivery guy for our big comeback package!

☕ WHY DOES VIETNAMESE COFFEE CAUSE USERS TO BE MORE PRONE TO "ANSWERING THE CALL OF NATURE" THAN WESTERN COFFEE?
The basis is quite strong: most Vietnamese people and foreigners agree that Vietnamese coffee (especially cà phê phin sữa đá – iced milk filter coffee) has a significantly stronger stimulating effect on bowel movements compared to European or American style coffee.

Here are the main reasons, ranked by their practical impact:

Robusta Coffee Beans Contain "Monster" Levels of Caffeine
Vietnam is the world's largest exporter of Robusta. Robusta has a caffeine content that is double that of Arabica (2.2–3.3% vs. 1.2–1.5%). Caffeine is a strong stimulant of gastrin and cholecystokinin – two hormones that directly cause colon contractions (the gastrocolic reflex). Just 150–200 mg of caffeine is enough to make many people feel the urge to use the restroom within 10–30 minutes. A cup of Vietnamese filter coffee (phin) easily reaches this level, while a cup of Arabica filter coffee is usually only about 80–120 mg.

Extremely High Concentration Due to Slow Phin Brewing Method
The phin brewing method only uses 60–100 ml of water for 20–30 g of grounds, resulting in a super-concentrated cup of coffee. The concentration of caffeine and other active compounds in each sip is many times higher than Americano or Western pour-over coffee (which is usually brewed at a 1:15 to 1:18 ratio). → The stronger the concentration, the harder it "hits" the intestines.

Condensed Milk + Sugar – A "Double Punch" for Asians
Over 70–90% of East Asians do not tolerate lactose well. The condensed milk in iced milk coffee contains a relatively large amount of lactose, which can easily cause fermentation and osmotic effects in the intestines. Furthermore, the high sugar content (15–30 g/cup) also increases insulin secretion and stimulates peristalsis. In contrast, Westerners who are accustomed to drinking black coffee or fresh, lactose-free milk rarely experience this phenomenon.

Dark Roasting Actually... Reduces Part of the Effect (But It Doesn't Matter!)
Contrary to common belief, the darker the roast, the more it drastically reduces chlorogenic acid – a compound that is a very strong natural laxative. Light roast Arabica often retains more chlorogenic acid than dark roast Robusta. However, Robusta's "monster" caffeine content + the dense brewing concentration more than compensate for this loss, so overall, Vietnamese coffee still "wins big."

Butter, Salt, and Roasting Additives (Only in Some Places)
Some traditional establishments still roast coffee with real butter, cocoa butter, salt, or liquor to create a distinctive flavor. Fat stimulates the gallbladder to secrete bile, which in turn increases bowel movements (similar to eating a greasy breakfast). Nowadays, most packaged coffee uses artificial flavoring, so this factor only affects a small portion of drinkers.

In Summary:
Vietnamese coffee has a stronger laxative effect mainly thanks to three "heavy weapons":

Extremely high Robusta caffeine

Highly concentrated brewing using the phin

Condensed milk with lactose + high sugar (especially for Asians)
