One of the other things I devote my time to is Judo and BJJ. Today I competed in judo after being out of competition for over ten years, and won gold in my division. This is one of the reasons I’ve been a little quiet the last two weeks, it’s hard to focus on anything else. But now that it’s done I can limp back to my station and get to work on analysis of Dr Thoss! I’m exceedingly sore right now.
Got a brand new Rode 5th gen microphone. I am beyond hyped. I will be setting it up today and hopefully have something up soon. Can’t wait to share it with you all
Update: finished writing another original, and this one has something special coming with it. Currently recording my favorite Robert Aickman story: Niemandswasser. After that comes the original.

Hope you all are well. Was just about to finish “The Medusa” when a major flood rolled through. We are okay, and the inside of the house is okay. We were lucky; there’s many others who still need help with cleaning up.
This is the first day since Monday that I can sit and do something that isn’t flood related, and that’s nice indeed. Cherish the world around you, as it can (literally) be swept away in a moments notice. Hope to have the next one out soon, thanks for your patience.
