The Performance Racing Industry Show is almost here! Who all is going?! Hidden Motorsports will be there all week and Klaus is featured in the show. He will be in the Green Hall Lobby, spot # 8. Hope to see you all there! We will be out and about every day, networking and seeing the show!
We are "ready for Bristol"!!! We just swapped over to a meziere electric waterpump for when we throw a belt....AND we are now running METHANOL!!! We actually had to dial back the power a bit because we out of fuel system. We're maxing out 2 -180gph fuel pumps and the id2600cc injectors. Fuel pressure started to drop after 6k rpms. We leaned it out a little and lowered the rev limit from 7500rpms to 6400rpms . Klaus made 970whp on 10lbs of boost at 6400rpms and 27* of timing on methanol . We made 1,100hp on e85 at 10psi yesterday. That should spin the tires!! See you all in Bristol!!!

WE WON THE WHOLE DAMN THING!! STICK SHIFT CLASS CHAMPS AND UNLIMITED CLASS CHAMPS!! What an event Heads Up Hustle put on! Klaus and the Hidden Motorsports team did amazing! We won the Stick Shift class and the Quick 8 "Unlimited" class! We had 4 guys in Klaus and drove 400+ miles hauling a 2,000lb trailer for 3 days, made multiple 9 second passes each day, did two drift/burnout events, drove through thunderstorms and tornados and Klaus didn't skip a beat. We had no issues except for a fuel relay that got soaked and acted up. This weekend was nothing but wins and personal bests. A 1.3 60 foot, 5.9 1/8 mile and a 9.2 1/4 mile at 153mph. Thid was on wastegate, which is our lowest horsepower setting. After 3 years, I can finally say that Klaus is a proven Street, Drag, Drift, and Burnout Car. He is very competitive and everything he does. To Run a 9.2 on our lowest HP setting is crazy to me...I can't wait to throw some power at him now!!! This past 4 days have been picture perfect and we can't wait to show you the YouTube movie we are making for it. Thank you guys for all your support over the years. We did it finally!!!

BMWs are great. You just need to keep up on the maintenance. The maintenance.... One of our brand new pistons and wristpins decided to lock up just for a second, but it was long enough to take out that piston and cylinder wall...the only reason we noticed it was because the oil and filter looked like someone dumped a pound of glitter in it... Well what should we do now?!
Big shout out to @texasspeed for getting us our new 6 bolt PRC heads and @cometicgasket !! Big things are coming for @klaus_the_barbarian. As soon as we get our special tool from @grannas_racing , we WILL be taking the over BMW stick shift record!!! Let's go!!!
We see a lot of people ask how much weight they can lose by removing certain parts off their e36. When we built Klaus, I weighed and documented every single item. Hope this helps!!! Klaus is a 1995 BMW 325i Sedan.
