Dr Rachel Cares

SHE WENT FOR A RUN.
SHE NEVER CAME HOME.

Elizabeth Tsontso Moselakgomo left home to do something as simple as going for a run.
She should have returned home.
She should have been safe.
She should still be here.
But another woman’s life has been taken, reminding us of the devastating reality of Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) in South Africa.

At Dr Rachel Cares, we refuse to accept a society where women have to fear walking, running, working, traveling, or simply existing in public spaces.
Women deserve to be safe.
Women deserve to come home.
Every woman. Every time. Everywhere.

Elizabeth’s story must not become just another statistic.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
END GBVF NOW.

JUSTICE FOR ELIZABETH.
WOMEN SHOULD BE SAFE IN ALL SPACES.
