Making the Adjustment
Good morning family,
Today's scripture comes from
Psalm 51 ESV - Create in Me a Clean Heart, O God - share.google/cAauiv8wIKS9LObte
Amen amen amen
This Psalm is very heavy this is the classic passage in the Old Testament of man's Repentence and God's forgiveness of sin. Along with Psalm 32 it was written by King David after an affair with Bathsheba and murder of Uriah, her husband (2 Samuel 11-12).
To David's credit, he recognized fully how horrendous his sin was against God. He blamed no one but himself, and begged for divine forgiveness.
Psalm 38:18 - I confess my iniquity; I am sorry for my sin.
What is iniquity? (Hebrew: avon) Signifies a deep moral failing, a deliberate perversion or "crookedness" of God's righteous standard, leading to guilt and separation from Him, distinct from "sin" (chattah) as missing the mark, representing a twisted inner character and behavior like deceit or violence.
Iniquity implies a conscious choice to do wrong, resulting in consequences, yet remains forgivable through repentance and God's grace, as seen in David's pleas for cleansing from his iniquities.
If we are going to be honest with God and ourselves we cant pretend to be transparent and not be open to the reality of our choices that go against the truth proclaimed in the scriptures.
We have to be honest with God and although it is hard, because we think that what we have done is just too much to bear, its too shameful to be open, honest, and transparent with God, it's not.
God wants to cleanses those who want to be cleansed, saved and come to the knowledge of truth.
1 Timothy 2:4
4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
God wants to change your heart posture. This is what God has been after mankind since the fall. So today, give whatever it is to God and allow him to create within you a clean heart. He is the only one who can do so. He will have mercy on you, he will no longer remeber your sins, he will see His son in you, washed and made whiter than snow.
Open your mouth declare a praise to the Lord God. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
Amen Amen Amen

Making the Adjustment
Good morning family,
Todays scripture comes from 1 Peter 1:3-9 ESV:
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, 5 who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, 9 obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH
Amen amen amen
Though God was known as Creator and Redeemer in the OT, he was rarely called Father. Christ, however, always addressed God as his Father in the Gospels (Jobn_5:17), except in the separation on the cross (Matt, 27:46). In so doing, Christ was claiming to be of the same nature, being, or essence as the Father (Matt. 11:27; John 10:29-39; 14:6 11; 2 Cor. 1:3; Eph. 1:3, 17; 2_1ohn3). Also, by speaking of "our" Lord, Peter personalized the Christian's intimate relationship with the God of the universe through his Son (1 Cor. 6:17), an important truth for suffering Christians to remember.
The reason God provided a glorious salvation for mankind is that he is merciful.
Sinners need God's mercy because they are in a pitiful, desperate, wretched condition as sinners (Eph, 2:4; Titus 3:5)
But I come bringing good news!!!
God gave the new birth as part of his provision in salvation. When a sinner comes to Christ and puts his faith in him, he is born anew into God's family and receives a new nature.
You are now welcomed into the family of God!! Amen, and all of heaven rejoices. You are given living hope, eternal life, Amen. "Hope" means confident optimism, and:
1) comes from God (Ps,43:5)
2) is a gift of grace (2 Thess. 2:16)
3) is defined by Scripture (Rom, 15:4)
4) is a reasonable reality (1 Pet.3:15)
5) is secured by the resurrection of Jesus Christ (lohn_11:25 26; 14:19; 1 Cor 15:17)
6) is confirmed in the Christian by the Holy Spirit (Rom 15:13)
7) defends the Christian against Satan's attacks (1 Thess,_5:8)
8) is confirmed through trials (Rom, 5:3-4)
9) produces joy (Ps, 146:5)
10) is fulfilled in Christ's return (Iitus .2:13).
This inheritance that you recieve is imperishable, it is not subject to passing away, nor liable to decay. Salvation cannot be lost, by supreme power, omniscience, omnipotence, and sovereignty, Not only keep the inheritance but also keep the believer secure. No one can steal the Christian's treasure and no one can disqualify him from receiving it.
The Christian's continued faith in God is the evidence of God's keeping power. At the time of salvation, God energizes faith, and continues to preserve it. Saving faith is permanent; it never dies.
Peter teaches several important principles about trouble in this verse
1.) Trouble does not last ( little while)
2.) Trouble serves a purpose ( if necessary)
3.) Trouble brings turmoil ( grieved)
4.) Trouble comes in various forms ( trials)
5.) Trouble should not diminish the Christian's joy (rejoice)
God's purpose in allowing trouble is to test the reality of one's faith. But the benefit of such a test or fire is immediately for the Christian, not God. When a believer comes through a trial still trusting the Lord, he is assured that his faith is genuine.
Amen amen amen

Making the Adjustment
Good morning family,
Our scriputre for today comes from Isaiah 52-53 ESV - The LORD's Coming Salvation - share.google/2zTt66REXMTHNehyu
Amen Amen Amen
It is truly a blessing to read God's words, in it Jesus says we will come to know God (John 14:6) when you read it and study it, seek Him you will see something that will captivate you. It will cause you to never turn away, and it does exactly that.
The bible reveals who God is, and unfolds the mysteries of old and bring us to the issue of humanity, the heart of man (The problem) and the rescuer we need (The Plan), and gives us revelation for what He IS going to do (The solution). All in accordance with his will and time frame.
When you read Isaiah 52-53 it talks about the coming salvation which was prophesied 600 years before it happens. This is the good news. Amen. Well, IT HAPPENS.
If God IS who He says He IS When He says He WILL bring salvation he DOES. When he says I WILL pay the DEBT OWED He DOES. When the Lord DECLARES that this is meant (all things) are to give the Father Glory, when he does it, IT DOES. Whatever His will is WILL BE DONE. He NEVER has to do something TWICE, it's PERFECT when he does it the first time. It is GOOD,Amen. God is not a man that he shall lie.
God promised that he would provide a way, there was a paymwnt that was due but because we could not make that payment that was due God would pay for it, with Love, grace, and mercy. In enters the Solution Jesus Christ; he was sinless and blameless, he was a man But no sin was found in him. Why you ask BECAUSE HE IS GOD and he was born of a Virgin (thats important beacuse he is not born like man into sin, he is born of God will, for a reason. God did it this way on purpose: The PLAN).
Because of humanity sinfulness, Jesus would be the propitiation. At that time sacrifices were 1. temporary atonement for sin but 2. they were offer them the wrong heart, and it was unpleasant to God. So, he will pay it himself through the Lamb of God, Jesus.
So, God steps out of heaven ( Philippians 2:1-11 ESV - share.google/vpiyZHQpz56Hk7MCNand ) emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men, but remeber born of a virgin (sinless lineage), walks this earth for about 30 yrs. Has a 3 yr ministry where he gives the Truths of God, gave us the Words of God. He gives first hand knowledge of God because he is God. He shows how God is working through him, fulfilling prophecy at God perfect time line. He comes to his own, he is rejected by his own, he promises to brings other sheep the Gentiles to the fold (John 10:16-18) and he willmake the Jews jealous (Romans 11:11) and promises salvation to all who place their faith in Jesus.
He was beaten beyond recognition and hung on a cross for me and you. He gave up his earthly body- humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, even the death of the cross-( Philippines 2:8 ) beacuse it was the Will of God to pay the debt that was owed and beacuse he Loves the Son he will be resurrected and seated at the right hand of God. John 10:17-18 ESV - share.google/Cz6sr7snO9cNKp9Op
Why should you believe Jesus? To believe Jesus is to believe God, they are 1 and the same ( John 14:10-12 ESV - share.google/KkxXGyV9Ww8zHkhhr ).
He is the exact imprint of God (Hebrews 1:2-4 ESV - share.google/ZBLAlyikZjjVikzM3)
He comes back after his death on the cross NOT to the world after his resurrection to over 500 believers and the 12 disciples for a reason. To show them that though he died and His earthly ministry stopped,he Lives, just like he said he would. Because he is God the words are from God, it was God's promise, procliamed through Jesus that he will rise and they would see him again. They get to contiune the "greater works" that Jesus promised that they would do (John14:12). He needed them to see Him so they would believe. So they can know what he said was true and this would cause them to Spread The GOOD NEWS.
Is God trust worth? Yes. Is He going to do what he says? Yes. Will he complete what he started? He will according to (Philippians 1:5-7) 6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
So, be joyful. To not be faint hearted you serve a mighty God ( for the believer). For the unbliever you might be just trying to figure out this faith walk thing. God has NEVER failed. He left us the infallible Word of God. If you believe in your heart, and place your faith in Jesus, that Jesus is Lord you will be saved.
He does things at his perfect time. It took 600 yrs to bring to then, what he spoke about 600 years before it happened. To our benefit we have Hindsight 20/20 and it is for a reason.
John 14:28-31
English Standard Version
28 You heard me say to you, ‘I am going away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. 29 And now I have told you before it takes place, so that when it does take place you may believe. 30 I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no claim on me, 31 but I do as the Father has commanded me, so that the world may know that I love the Father. Rise, let us go from here.
So, BELEIEVE and place your faith in Jesus. AMEN
No 2819 Chruch services today.
Today is Access where the church as a body WILL be praying drawing closer to God seeking his will, and Him. Being in his presence. Knowing that as a believer what is about to happen will Honor and Glorify God.

Good morning family,
Isaiah 42 ESV - The LORD's Chosen Servant share.google/IlcPlpK30yAXLLZTY
This personal servant of the Lord, is the Messiah who was chosen because the Lord delights in him and puts his Spirit upon him.
At his second coming, Christ will rule over a kingdom in which justice prevails throughout the world. The millennial kingdom is not for Israel alone, though the Messiah will reign on the throne of David in Jerusalem, and Israel will be the glorious people. In fact, all the nations of the world will experience the righteousness and justice of the Messiah King.
In vs 5 here God spoke directly to the Messiah, identified as "you". God's role as creator of the universe is the basis of certainty for the fulfilling of His will by his Servant the Messiah.
The servant is a covenant in that he personifies and provides the blessings of salvation to God's people Israel. He is the mediator of a better covenant than the one with Moses.
Simeon saw the beginning of the fulfillment at Christ's first coming (Luke2:32). He came as the Messiah of Israel, yet the savior of the world, who reveals himself to a non-jewish immoral woman by the well in Samaria and commanded his followers to preach the gospel of salvation to everyone in the world. Certainly the church, made up mostly of gentiles grafted into the trunk of blessing, fulfills this promise, as does the future kingdom on earth when the servant will use israel to shine and enlighten all nations of the earth.
Jesus would open the eyes of the blind fulfilling these words when he applied them to miracles of physical healing and freedom from spiritual bondage during his incarnation. Under the Servant's millennial reign on earth, spiritual perception will replace Israel spiritual blindness and her captives will receive their freedom.
The "former things" are already fulfilled or about to be fulfilled prophecies of Isaiah. The "new things" pertain to the futureAccomplishments of the lord through his Messiah-Servant when he comes.
This "new song" never before sung, called for by new manifestations of God's grace, will match the newness of conditions created by the servant's work of redemption in the kingdom, for which earth's inhabitants will also sing "his praise".
Amen Amen Amen

The Lord Is My Strength and My Song
Isaiah 12:1-6
12 You[a] will say in that day:
“I will give thanks to you, O Lord,
for though you were angry with me,
your anger turned away,
that you might comfort me.
2 “Behold, God is my salvation;
I will trust, and will not be afraid;
for the Lord God[b] is my strength and my song,
and he has become my salvation.”
3 With joy you[c] will draw water from the wells of salvation. 4 And you will say in that day:
“Give thanks to the Lord,
call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.
5 “Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously;
let this be made known[d] in all the earth.
6 Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion,
for great in your[e] midst is the Holy One of Israel.”
Amen amen amen
These are two brief songs of praise that redeemed israel will sing at the outset of the millennial kingdom
They are the earthly counterpart to the heavenly.Doxology and Revelation 19:6-7.
Moses and the Israelites sang a similar song to celebrate the deliverance from the egyptians (Exodus 15:2)
God will deliver the faithful Israel from both their political opponents and the spiritual consequences of their sins.
Isaiah's readers doubtless though, of how God satisfied the physical thirst of their ancestors in the Wilderness of sin (Exodus17:1-7). The same provision will apply for their descendants when the Messiah comes to deliver the nation. The New Testament amplifies this provision to include the supply of spiritual water for the thirsty soul.
Following the future day of the Lord, Israel will testify to the rest of the world about his greatness and majesty. This was his purpose for his earthly people from the beginning.
The hebrew of the last verse personifies Zion, as a woman by commanding her to " cry aloud and shout" in celebration of the lord's greatness.
Amen

Good morning family,
Job 23 ESV - share.google/jIzvATpuYa5H6LHkJ
Amen Amen Amen
Job responds to Eliphaz expressing his longing to fellowship with God, so he could experience God's love and goodness and hear from from him the meaning of his suffering.
Even though Job couldn't sense God's presence, he believed he was present and affirmed his commitment to God's purpose in this test and his continued obedience to God’s word, which were the most important issues in his life.
Job's resignation to God's sovereignty faltered at times in practice, but he returned to it repeatedly. It is the great lesson of the book: Trust sovereign God when you can't understand why things go badly in life.
Job 36:15-
15 He delivers the afflicted by their affliction
and opens their ear by adversity.
Amen
Elihu the youngest of the 3 friends of Job brings a new look to approach the issue of Job's suffering. His approach was refreshing after listening repetitiously to the others. Elihu may have called his words " my opinion", but he claimed it had come by inspiration from God.
This was a new insight, and perhaps the most helpful thing Elihu said in vs 15, God uses suffering to chasten and bring repentance. He was saying that God used suffering to open men's ears, to draw them to himself. But as long as Job kept complaining, he was turning to iniquity. In Job 36:22-37:24 instead of complaining and questioning God, as Job had been doing, which was sin ( as Job will later confess in 42:6), he needed to see God in his suffering and worship him (33:24).
Open your eyes and ears and see the Lord at work.
Amen

Good morning Family,
Romans 15:1-7
15 We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. 3 For Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” 4 For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, 6 that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. 7 Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Amen amen amen
The diversity of the church displays Christ's power to bring together dissimilar people in genuine unity. Yet Satan often works on man's unredeemed flesh to create division and threaten that unity. The threat to unity, Paul addresses arises when mature (strong) believers-- both Jew and Gentiles-- conflict with immature (weak) believers. The strong are not to simply tolerate the weaknesses of their weak brothers; they are to help the weak shoulder their burdens by showing loving and practical consideration for them.
Building up, it means to build up and strengthen. This is essentially the same appeal Paul made earlier in Romans 14:19 only with the additional qualification of self sacrifice.
What was written in the former days referred to the Old Testament. Although Christian's live under the New Covenant and are not under the authority of the Old Covenant, God's moral laws have not changed and all scripture is of spiritual benefit. Paul's description of the benefits of scripture, certainly include the New Testament, but speaks primarily about "the sacred writings" -- or the Old Testament.
Endurance, sometimes it is translated to "patience." This word refers to perseverance, the ability to remain under tremendous weight and pressure without succumbing.
Encouragement, the word of God not only informs believers how to endure, but it also encourages them in the process.
Hope, contains no uncertainty, it speaks of something that is certain, but not yet realized. The believer's ultimate destiny is to share in the very glory of God and that hope will be realized, because Christ himself secures it. Without the clear and certain promises of the word of God, the believer has no basis for hope.
The consummate purpose of unity is not to please other believers but to glorify God. Just like Christ's ultimate purpose was to please God and accomplish his will.
Paul urges the strong and the weak, despite their differing views on the non essential issues, to pursuing loving, spiritual harmony in regard to matters on which the bible is silent.
Welcome, the greek word refers to personal and willing acceptance of another. If the perfect sinless Son of God was willing to bring sinners into God's family, how much more should forgiven believers be willing to warmly embrace and accept each other in spite of their disagreements over issues of conscience.

1 John 5:1-5
5 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. 4 For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Amen Amen Amen
Saving faith is the first characteristic of an overcomer. The term "believes" conveys the idea of continuing faith, making the point that the mark of a genuine believer is that they continue in faith throughout their life. Saving belief is not simply intellectual acceptance, but wholehearted dedication to Jesus Christ that is permanent.
The object of the believer's faith is Jesus, particularly that he is the promised Messiah or "Anointed One" whom God sent to be the Savior from sin. Whoever places faith in Jesus Christ as the only Savior has been born again and, as a result, is an overcomer.
Born of God is a reference to the new birth and is the same word that Jesus used in John 3:7. The tense of the greek verb indicates that ongoing faith is the result of the new birth and, therefore, the evidence of the new birth. The Sons of God will manifest the reality that they have been born again by continuing to believe in God's Son, the Savior. The new birth brings us into a permanent faith relationship with God and Christ.
Love is the second characteristic of the overcomer. The overcomer not only believes in God, but loves both God and fellow believers and fellow believers.
Obedience is the third characteristic of an overcomer. In these five verses, John weaves, faith, love, an obedience altogether inextricably. They exist mutually in a dynamic relationship. I.e as the genuine proof of love, is obedience, so the genuine proof of faith is love. The word "keep" conveys the idea of constant obedience.
His commandments are not burdensome. The yolk of Jesus is easy and the burden light.
Overcomers are all who believe that Jesus is God's Son, and all that means. The overcomers are believers-- all of them. The word for "overcomes", or "overcomer", comes from the greek word "to conquer", "to have victory", "to have superiority" or "conquering power". The word reflects a genuine superiority that lead to overwhelming success. The victory is demonstrable, it involves overthrowing an enemy so that the victory is seen by all. Jesus also used the word to describe himself in John 16:33. Because of believers union with Christ they too partake in his victory. The word "overcomes" in the original language conveys the idea that the believer has continual victory over the world.
The world is Satan's worldwide system of deception and wickedness. Through Christ and his provision of salvation, the believer is a victor over the invisible system of demonic and human evil that Satan operates to capture men's soul for hell. John repeats the reference to overcoming the world three time-- to press the point home.
Faith in Jesus Christ and dedicated of one's life to him makes one and overcomer.John repeats this truth for emphasis.
