Hi nomnoms, my name is Ashleyy and HOMECOOKING is my absolute LOVE LANGUAGE.
I was a professional dancer who enjoyed cooking a meal every so often, but life took a plot twist and now I'm a full time catering cook who dances for fun.
Homecooked food is where the heart is. My goal is to learn from as many homecooking sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, aunties, uncles, grandmothers and grandfathers across all the different cuisines. I want to taste and learn how to make their home favourites... even if it means getting yelled at in different languages.
When I grow up, I want to be like my grandmother- the one that fed everyone well.

There's this viral "Costco Chicken Hack" happening across social media now. I would urge you NOT to do it because eating hot food directly from a plastic bag is not an ideal situation hehe. I made a version without the microplastics if ya'll are keen!
